Whats the story with public liability insurance?

According to the information we have received Blood Bike East’s public liability insurance is covered by broker JLT Insurance Brokers (Ireland) Limited and the policy number is; 62/CHA/7020744

Coverage between 24th November 2012 and 23rd November 2013 limits Blood Bike East to 5 / 6 fundraisers p.a. such as street collections, bag packs and quizzes etc. By our calculations from public events held and attended by Blood Bike East this policy was breached and extra events were attended outside the policy and it appears Blood Bike East were not insured at these events and the policy was void.

Once again its amazing if Pat McCabe would have an event were no public liability insurance in place is simply astonishing.
