06 Bike insured with Carol Nash (who required all to have 2 years experience after passing driving test), while Mr Stephen Harding was riding for Blood Bike East he did not have this requirement. Stephen Harding was not insured to ride this bike.
Stephen Harding being on a restricted licence is not allowed to ride any other bike belonging to Blood Bike East as his licence was restricted from driving a bike of that power and therefore not insured.
How could it be that Stephen Harding was allowed to ride any bike belonging to Blood Bike East and pass the assessments supposedly held by the garda members of Blood Bike East?
Well it could be assumed that Pat McCabe, Garda Alan Crummey and Garda Brendan Nolan were either totally incompetent in the whole affair or they were accomplices in the matter.
I find it quite shocking that Stephen harding was let loose on the roads of the country in this manner and when I say let loose the below video will show Mr Harding using one of the Blood Bikes for his own leisure and seems to be enjoying the status that the blue lights are bringing him.

Garda Alan Crummey, Garda Brendan Nolan and Stephen Harding |
At an open meeting in February 2012 Mr Pat McCabe warned all persons present that there were strict criteria for using blue lights and that they were only to be used if ALL the following criteria are met.
1) In an Emergency
2) When authorized by controller
3) When being escorted and under instruction by Garda traffic corps
As you must agree none of the criteria are met in Harding’s video, I guess it pays to be mates with Mr Pat McCabe so you dont have to play by the rules or even have a valid licence.
One of Mr Harding's trips can be seen in below video.
In a recent communication Becky Blight (Secetary of Blood Bike West) claims that Stephen Harding “was riding under the Carole Nash policy which does cover him”.
This is absolutely not true as Carol Nash require 2 years and an unrestricted licence to ride any of the Blood Bikes!
We would also like to point out to Becky Blight that Stephen Harding was in the above video Riding a bike insured by AON which he also was not insured to be riding. We all know he was on the 10 bike.
In 2013 Mr Harding made the following statement on Boards.ie regarding his restriction:
In response to question asking about the 2 year licence.
Posted 06 March 2013 - 07:10 PM
No. 2 years from passing test.
I've still a year to go myself so I've only had a spin in a car park.
3 x 700cc Honda Deauville's and 1 x 650cc
When this matter was raised at an extraordinary general meeting in June and as soon as Stephen Hardings status was mentioned Garda Brendan Nolan left the meeting, now that says a lot to me.
Despite this Harding was still let loose on the roads of Ireland with no valid insurance and was using emergency blue lights seemingly to entertain himself. It is beyond me why Mr McCabe and the 2 Garda would allow Stephen Harding to ride uninsured.
